80s Casual keeps the creative music flow going with ‘Volume 3’ a five track EP of sultry jazzed up Downtempo that is characteristically fresh, quixotic and delightful. ‘Mermaid’ opens up with bright beats, a spicy cymbal, warm sweet strings, a poignant female vocalist and delicate wobbling basslines that evoke the vigor that comes with love and warm weather. ‘Space Junk’ is a funky tune with zesty trumpet and piano riffs, a sitar sample and a Middle Eastern worldly vibe with sexy female vocal samples. ‘Time for Love’ begins on a thought provoking sample, and blissful melody, and an organic jazzy Bass and piano notes, playful and infused with gentle satisfying passion. Ending on ‘Sounds Happy Dayz’, the song begins with beautiful chants of children and an easy going beat, relaxing sax, keys and funky strings for a lovely daze of sounds and instruments, free and emotive.
